Natalie knows how to get her clients killer brows. Having been trained at Anastasia Beverly Hills, she learned how to educate her clients on everything there is to know about the face.

Natalie sees skincare as a fun and immersive experience with her clients, whether she’s doing brows, lash lifts, lash perming, or facial waxing. When it comes to working with clients, Natalie loves to create long-lasting friendships. She listens, takes notes, and has a dialogue with them.

“Communication is key, and I play off of what I hear someone tell me.”

Natalie also loves having teachable moments with her clients where she explains her process, hands them a mirror, and shows them how to maintain their look. She refers to it as an “us” appointment because she’s working hand-in-hand with clients. And it’s this approach that helps Natalie’s clients feel at ease in her presence. She also loves how everyone at Adorn cares about their work and feels at home being in such good company.

When Natalie’s not with her Adorn family, she’s a busy mom of three, with two sons in college and a daughter who loves to be on the soccer field.
