With commission, you are an employee and management controls your hours, clients, and pay. With booth rent, you are an independent contractor which can leave you without a team to support, inspire and encourage you to continue to grow. By combining the positive in these two models we can provide the highest level of service for the clients as well as the stylist. We are looking for those that thrive in a team setting, want support with client volume while allowing you the opportunity to control your business growth.

I have been seeing Shannon for the past 3-4 years for a curly cut. She does a wonderful job everytime I see her, I always leave feeling more confident and I have never had a bad experience here. Shannon is also incredibly nice and fun to talk to and the other staff seem friendly too. The prices are also really comparable when looking at other curly salons around the Denver area. Highly recommend.

Shannon Chavez works magic on curly hair. She takes the time to learn what you like and totally knows how to get the best from your hair. I prefer a modified Deva cut with a boatload of layers; I’m so happy that Shannon’s approach is not one size fits all. I’ve been seeing her for the last 7 years; she’s my stylist for life! My curls have never looked better and her styling skills are on point. I’ve referred some curly-haired friends to her. Seriously, if you have curly hair, Shannon is your girl.
Adorn Denver is a bright and chic salon conveniently located on Broadway. I love Alcove products and they carry my fav curl cream.
