With commission, you are an employee and management controls your hours, clients, and pay. With booth rent, you are an independent contractor which can leave you without a team to support, inspire and encourage you to continue to grow. This place is AMAZING!! Heather is by far one of the best in the industry. I had multiple salons from Cherry creek to Loveland that couldn't do my hair right. 1st time she did it, she fixed it and made it look amazing and back to what I wanted. I can not tell you how extremely happy this made me. When you look good, you feel good. I struggled with my hair this last year and today I can finally say it's fixed and AMAZING. The salon is decorated so cute and is so inviting. I highly recommend it.

Shannon Chavez works magic on curly hair. She takes the time to learn what you like and totally knows how to get the best from your hair. I prefer a modified Deva cut with a boatload of layers; I’m so happy that Shannon’s approach is not one size fits all. I’ve been seeing her for the last 7 years; she’s my stylist for life! My curls have never looked better and her styling skills are on point. I’ve referred some curly-haired friends to her. Seriously, if you have curly hair, Shannon is your girl.
