Hair Stylist

One of our O.G. stylists, Candace has been doing doos at Adorn since the beginning! Born and raised in Colorado (we didn’t know there were any of us left?!), Candace grew up in Edgewater. After a brief stint in Chicago, she made her way back to the Centennial State and settled a bit closer to downtown.

Styling has been a passion of hers since day 1. After High School, she went straight to beauty school, and was soon rocking the Denver scene. Joining the ranks of some of Denver’s finest, Candace started her career at Antoine du Chez. She then spent 10 years at The Parlour salon in LODO, but eventually needed to spread her wings. She saw an incredible opportunity with Adorn, a new salon opening in the Baker Neighborhood; and he rest, as they say, is history!

Candace understands the importance of continuing her education and seizes the opportunity to expand her skills. Her favorite part of what she does is the variety – everything from short cuts to long, and even fantasy colors! She’s learned razor cutting from Nick Rojo and continues expanding her cut and color skills with Vidal Sassoon classes.

When she’s not styling, she loves to cook. She finds baking a challenge and is having fun trying new recipes all the time.

Another huge passion is travel. In fact, Candace has now visited the better part of the Caribbean countries and can’t wait to get back soon.
