JILL-ANN BAUER

Stylist

When I was in the 3rd grade I started waking up early to curl and Aqua Net my bangs just right before school. Then came the dollar store make up….and local beauty supply hair color. I made quite the little hobby for myself doing all of my friends’ hair color, makeup, and hair styling for all our winter formals, proms, etc. When I was a senior in high school, one of my friends came home from her stylist, where she received rave reviews for my at-home highlighting job. It was right then that I knew, this was my passion, and it still is after all these years.

I started beauty school in 2000 and graduated at the top of my class in 2001. A few years after beginning my career, I became an educator for Framesi North America. I completed extensive training to be able to teach other professionals and future stylists how to become amazing hair colorists. I started my career in San Diego, CA, and then moved to Denver, CO in 2007, consistently working behind the chair, and educating for Framesi. I love to stay current on all the cut and color trends, and recently completed 3 Balyage and Ombre color class by Loreal Professional, Behind the Chair, and Elizabeth Faye, and Guy Tang to become an expert in Hair Painting and Blonding. Living in Southern California, I had the opportunity to explore my creativity outside the salon. I worked at a local San Diego modeling agency where I assisted in hair and makeup for photo shoots. I’ve done hair and make up for a local clothing designer’s runway and magazine photo shoots. In Denver, I entered a contest, Battle of the Makeup Artist…..and won first place.

Whether you want your hair to whisper or yell from the rooftops, I can do it. Always keeping up on the latest trends and styles, I pride myself in using only the highest quality products and always take my time to ensure you are getting the best service possible. At the end of the day, there is no better feeling than knowing I made just one person feel better about themselves as they left my chair, than when they arrived.
